The role of Bangalore in flattening the world!

Recently my friend from New Jersy shared a video link on a Book review called 'The world is Flat' by the author himself, Thomas Friedman, the NY Times Columnist.
The inspiration for the book was none other than Nandan Nilkeni of Infosys. http://www.thomaslfriedman.com/audiovideo.htm http://mitworld.mit.edu/video/266/ Tom has tried to tie past and present globalization trends with 10 threads together to predict future. He also explains why US is getting left behind because of "Quite Crisis" i.e. reluctant to horizontalize (Southwest airlines e-ticket example) each individual at faster rate to become the part of globalization. Finally he explains only one thing which still keeps power with every individual to the great extent and differentiates from other individual defying all boundaries of the world like color, country, religion, economic differences etc. is "Positive Imagination". This one thing will never get commoditized (example of prediction at Kandahar long before 9/11 and Backdoor of Austria to open for neighbors of Germany to fall the Great German Wall ). So there is no limit each individual can shape the world with unique idea. I find single thing is most important for success of individual is application of unique positive imagination to form great vision for individual success and along the way making difference to society. Thomas Friedman has done good job of consolidation of the globalization trends in single book with appropriate titles.
