WANTED DREAMERS! LOTS OF THEM!

I recently read that nearly 70% population in the city is floating one from all over India. Of them, that nearly 95+% population is employed in various kinds of organization across all the sectors. The average age of business owners and entrepreneurs is above 40 yrs. Nearly all the population below 40 is employed in some or other organization.
But there is no dearth of energy, talent, creativity and ideas among both categories of population. This all and many other thoughts brings to following questions.
Why is there scarce population under 40 who are entrepreneurial? I think we got everything with us and in us to be more successful than success stories of Young Entrepreneurs under 25 in US.

• Is it because we are more lazy?
• Is it because of our culture, society, education system, attitude?
• Is it because we prefer the comforts of monthly salaries?
• Is it because we lack entrepreneurial skills?
• Is it because we prefer risk free ventures?

You reason it with anything. I believe in statements of our great president. Dream, Vision, Drive and Action what takes to make it happen what we wish to. There are tons of opportunities everywhere. Only sky is limit to make our every imagination a reality.
